Hello P.R.R.A members, 

Thank you all for your patience with me through out this tough year. As I stated in my last letter we are very short on funds this year $3168.76 to be exact as of today. This has lead me to make some very difficult decisions on awards. We will need to save some of the money for the club to start this 2010yearfor following arena fees, cattle fees and insurance. The awards banquet/general membership meeting will be MARCH 14TH AT 1:00PM AT THE ST. JOHN GRANGE. This should give us ampel time to discuss many issues. Some of the items the club needs to have a constructive discussion and  decide on is where we should have our rodeos? Next we need to agree on going back to a 1 day show.  Then we can look at purposed rule changes and elect officers and directors.      Any members and non-members who still owe the club MONEY from last season needs to be PAYED IMMEDIATLY BY FEBUARY 15TH OR YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY AWARDS AND YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM ALL P.R.R.A ACTIVITIES UNTIL THEY ARE PAID!!!! INCLUDING BANQUET!!!  Thosewho have already taken care of this thank you. If you think you might owe contact me and we will gladly make arrangements for payment. I hope all past,present and future members will be able to attend the meeting/banquet.
