Hello to Everyone-

Sorry for the delay and appreciate the patience. As many of you know Cindy Koschey our secretary resigned due to some personal issues we wish her the best and thank you! We were waiting on the results in order to audit the points. These points are offical. We are still waiting on the treasurers report and check book from Cindy. This is what we know as of Oct 1st. We had est. $5300.00 in the bank account but then we had to pay for the use of the arena for the 4 rodeos which was $2365.00. This doesnt leave us much for awards unfortantanly!!!! We do know that we still have some outstanding funds that are to be paid to us from members. Once we get the info from Cindy we should be able to collect on those outstanding balances. The projected awards @ this date and time would be only to 3rd place for every event and of course 1st for All Around. At this time we are putting out to the membership for sponsorships and/or ideas for awards and an inexpensive place to hold the awards banquet. No date set as of yet due to see above. Will keep you updated on what is to come as soon as we know more.
